Since the 1800’s, the Stock Yard Meat Packing Company has been known for their unprecedented quality of mean, and Hoof & Horn’s cuts are no exception. In 1990 the Hoof & Horn was the first restaurant to receive the Missouri Beef Backer Award, and in 2002 it was inducted to the Missouri Beef Hall of Fame.
