Julie Boschert, APRN-CNP

Jaina Vallarta, MSN, APRN-BC, CCRN is a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner with a specialty in family medicine. She provides comprehensive primary care, preventive services, and chronic disease management for patients of all ages throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area. Jaina is deeply committed to making high-quality care accessible in both traditional clinic settings and through innovative approaches. Her focus is on building strong relationships with patients and families, helping them stay healthy and manage ongoing conditions with confidence. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Sydney Irwin, FNP-C specializes in family medicine and provides care for patients of all ages. She offers a wide range of services including general checkups, annual wellness exams, and the treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and asthma. Sydney also provides mental health evaluations and treatment, and personalized education for patients newly diagnosed with diabetes. With special interests in mental health, preventative care, and diabetes management, Sydney is committed to helping her patients live healthier, more informed lives. Her approach to care is rooted in evidence-based practice, and her mission is to build a healthier community through education and proactive primary care.

Muyibat Adelani, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with specialty training in adult joint reconstruction. She has clinical and research interests in hip and knee replacement. Dr. Adelani received her medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee. She completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at Washington University in St. Louis, and then a fellowship program at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California, with subspecialty training in hip and knee replacement. Dr. Adelani has been active in orthopedic surgery research and writing, teaching, and committee work for improving the care of orthopedic patients.
