Locked into a contract recommend reading through. $180 for them to come out once every three months to spray a diluted bug repellant for 5 minutes... I'm going to the store and getting a bug spray...

The team was great they were same day service and really took time to listen and understand our needs then later that day came out and prepared our house like putting a shield around us.
