Extremely poor service, inexperienced staff, wanted cash in hand before even confirming the car was available to be driven off. Dishonest to the nth degree, should be shut down immediately.

The tow driver demanded $150.00 cash or he would not relinquish car and would take to tow yard. Didn't even have me sign the form. Pitiful customer service. He hangs out in lots waiting to tow...
