History

Nudo House is the sister spot of St. Louis' first Vietnamese restaurant, Mai Lee. Chefs and Co-Owners Qui Tran and Marie-Anne Velasco studied under famed ramen master Jack Nakamura to bring the most authentic ramen to the menu, in addition to the pho that the Tran family has been perfecting for over 30 years at Mai Lee. The staff of well-seasoned chefs continually creates new dishes and specials, celebrating new flavors and local ingredients.

Specialties

Nudo specializes in pho, ramen, Banh Mi sandwiches, spring rolls, soft serve, and other specialties. We are a fast-casual style restaurant. We offer a variety of beer, wine, and sake to compliment your meal. We proudly accommodate any dietary restrictions to the best of our ability.
