Ordered breakfast on mobile app. Food was good. Our lattes were cold. The young lady at the drive thru tried to make our drinks again. Steamer wasn't working. Felt sorry for her. Definitely not...

Never have I ever sat in a drive thru for ten minutes just to order. Then told "we're filling a sport order so it may be a minute." Sounds like poor planning to me. Don't offer a drive through if...

Had never been to Panera bread before and was looking for something different than the standard fast food. Enjoyed the food and the place was clean and the staff was friendly. We'll go back again

Brand new panera, very clean. Like the order yourself option from the ipad - was very convenient to use. Quick and quality service. Good food. Pretty standard Panera bread.
