Catered event with 130 attendees: arrived 30 minutes late with only half of the food brought. Many of the boxes lunches were missing chips and/or fruit. No apology given.

Ordered the brisket and lamb chops for a dinner. Tasted the brisket and it was good but the star of the show was the lamb chops. OMG great taste and oh so tender Will order again. thanks
