What is the point of making an appointment when they call dozens of people whose names are not on the appointment list scrolling?

USER BEWARE They took a walk-in before me!!! So waiting rm had to wait longer. My nurse had no social skills and was not friendly. Other nurse came to her door while she was drawing my blood and...

They were rude. Multiple scheduled appointments before mine were dropped by just ignoring the people who were waiting in the waiting room. They tried to drop mine, too. No reason given....
