Dr. Jennifer Banovic is an audiologist who specializes in identifying, diagnosing, and treating issues with the auditory and vestibular areas of the ear for adult patients ages 18 and older. She commonly treats hearing loss, tinnitus, and balance issues, using diagnostic testing to help create an individualized treatment plan for her patients. Her audiology services include hearing tests; acoustic reflexes; vestibular testing; and electrophysiology. Dr. Banovic is highly trained in vestibular disorders and treatment such as canalith repositioning maneuvers. Dr. Banovic works as an audiologist in the Department of Otolaryngology, Division of Audiology, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

Dr. Henry Ideker is an otolaryngologist with fellowship training in sleep medicine and sleep surgery, caring for pediatric patients over age 2 years, and adult patients of all ages. He provides comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care with a clinical focus on the surgical management of obstructive sleep apnea, particularly in patients who are CPAP-intolerant. Dr. Ideker utilizes advanced techniques including nasal, oropharyngeal, and hypopharyngeal surgeries, and neurostimulation therapies to help patients achieve better sleep and improved quality of life. Dr. Ideker is an assistant professor with the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

Melissa Carter, FNP-C, is a certified nurse practitioner who specializes in general otolaryngology (ENT) for patients ages 18 and older. She commonly treats voice concerns; muscle tension dysphonia; dysphagia; acid reflux; rhinitis; sinusitis; vocal cord paralysis; and vocal cord lesions, polyps, and disorders. She also performs various procedures including cerumen (earwax) removals; laryngoscopies; nasal endoscopies; stroboscopies; and microscopic ear exams. Melissa works collaboratively with physicians in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
