Dianna Ohlman, DNP, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner and she enjoys providing care to patients of all ages. "I enjoy the preventative aspects of family medicine as well as caring for the ill and injured," she says. Marissa Awwad, FNP, is a certified family medicine nurse practitioner who treats patients of all ages, from newborns to adults. She provides preventative care, performing routine physicals for all ages, including pediatric and well-woman exams. Marissa treats asthma, COPD, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, obesity, peripheral vascular disease, diabetes, anxiety, and depression. After a long career in emergency medicine, Marissa transitioned to private practice, where she cares for patients with a collaborative and holistic approach. Cindy Fortado-Clark, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who treats patients of all ages, from newborns to adults. She provides preventative care, including annual wellness exams, well-woman exams, vaccinations, FAA exams, pre-employment physicals and manages acute and chronic conditions. She treats a wide range of conditions, including cold and flu symptoms, asthma, allergies, ADHD, anxiety and depression, COPD, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, thyroid disease, obesity, osteoporosis and urinary tract infections.
