I went in for oil change and ended up paying 180 dollars in Jefferson City, they broke my coolant lid, and acted like it was nothing,Manager, didn't say a word !

Bait and switch. Advertised deal. Went in and my Toyota required "special oil", not included in promotion. WTH. 10w30????? Wanted nearly $100 to change my oil. Won't be back.
