The apartment has nice view, but I've had to call maintenance probably a dozen times in the first few months because so many things weren't well kept. There are also roaches everywhere.

My son lived there for one year with rented furniture. During his stay there cockroaches were always an issue as well as cars being broken into in the outside lot . We had to request bug spraying...
