We offer services including ; absentee owner care taking, rental management, home care, private concierge, housekeeping, maintenance..... Our fees are based upon specific services required to meet your needs. Staffing is very important and always a challenge in a resort community. We are licensed by the state of Montana, carry liability insurance and workmen's compensation. We verify our staff members for the proper paperwork and supervise them while they are in your home. Our maintenance staff has the skills to address most of the concerns that arise on a day to day basis. Should there be a need to use outside agents for specific issues such as roof repairs, or fireplace cleaning, we contract only with those subcontractors that carry proper insurance and can provide satisfactory references. We maintain a list of approved vendors that we work with in every area from HVAC to roof tile repairs. Our 24 hour on call service assures immediate response to all emergency situations. As property managers we have a great deal of experience in handling many types of emergencies from fire to flood.
