Did a great job on my husbands parka, replaced zipper and the nylon elastic (?) at bottom of sleeves. I was surprised it could be done. But she did and it's my husband's fav jacket

I disagree with any bad reviews here. I LOVE THIS PLACE. Her work has been tremendously professional, and so well done. Her prices are MORE than fair, and the wait-time is not long. GREAT PLACE.
