We are a single, independent store serving the Helena community since 1975. Founded by the late India Supera and Laughing Water, our purpose was to bring natural food to Helena and to supply their labor of love, the Feathered Pipe Ranch.We feature local foods from dozens of Montana suppliers, including organic foods from small growers in the Helena area. And of course we support local charities, including Montana Shares, which we help fund through our plastic bag-elimination program.We?re proud to say we?re not part of a chain but part of a movement toward a future that supports family businesses and family farms in a world of natural abundance and resilience. We are members of the Independent Natural Food Retailers Association (INFRA), a nation-wide cooperative of over 500 mission-driven stores like ours. Laughing Water has served on its board for ten years. He is also at the store full-time and is, as ever, happy to serve you.
