The GBT ( Growing and Building Together ) Children's Academy mission is to meet the needs of parents, children and staff by offering a balanced, value-based education through implementing a diverse curriculum that develops the whole child, Growing and Building Together. The GBT Children's Academy is a place for parents, teachers and children to work TOGETHER. Children who graduate from our ACADEMY will continue on with a good sense of themselves and others in the world and possess a solid academic foundation in which to continue their education. Founded in 1996 by Omaha tutors, our service provides tutoring in all subjects, including reading and math tutoring, to students of all ages. Our tutors are highly qualified teachers who are also knowledgeable in holistic tutoring methods. Avalon Learning Center is an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating.
