Slowest experience I have had in a long time at a food place. It took fifteen minutes from ordering to receiving. We were warned so I timed it. Not crazy busy either considering it was lunch time.

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we've been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. The service was sooo slow manager was yelling at underage children and my sandwich had MOLD IN IT. This is absolutely a food service violation! 1 STAR

I've gotten quite a few orders from this location from the drive thru, only to get home & the order is all wrong. I don't ask for anything special, just order off the menu so I don't understand...
