These guys are the worst, do NOT have your equipment serviced here. My dad had a stereo he needed to repair, he is elderly and this stereo is all he has to listen to his music. They picked it up...

This is the second time allstate contracted them to fix my appliance thre my extended warrenty! The customer service lady is rude! Horrible to work with sounds like she's sitting there chain...

Sad I cant leave 0 stars.. Had extended warranty from NFM on washer dryer combo. Started claim process and told relevant folks I was going out of the country on a cruise a couple weeks later ....

They eventually fixed my TV. It was a long and ugly path to get it done. Seeing that they were the Samsung Authorized repair center. I thought it would be alright. I should have known better...
