Faith Regional Home Health Service

For many patients, recovery from an illness, surgery or treatment of an acute or chronic health condition does not always require a hospital or nursing home setting. Faith Regional Home Health offers professional health services which have been prescribed by a physician and are performed in the home of a patient. These services are provided on an intermittent basis to patients of all ages requiring a variety of assistance, from nursing care to therapy. Our goal is to decrease the time spent in a hospital by allowing you to recuperate at home, surrounded by familiar settings and friendly faces.
