At the heart of the Lazlo's Brewery & Grill kitchen is our one of a kind, hickory grill where we prepare Lazlo's signature Burgers, New York Strips, the popular Rainbow Chicken and fresh seafood. Our menu features a delicious and unique selection of homemade appetizers, salads and sandwiches, all complemented with made-from-scratch soups, side dishes and desserts. Our History: On March 20, 1991, Telesis, Inc. opened the state's first brewpub, Lazlo's Brewery & Grill. The innovative combination of home-style recipes, locally brewed beer and team service was an immediate success and has since grown from its first location in Lincoln's Historic Haymarket to three locations, with a Lazlo's opening in South Lincoln on September 27, 2000, and the third in West Omaha on October 2, 2006. To this day, Lazlo's Brewery & Grill remains the oldest brewpub in the state of Nebraska.
