Known worldwide as The Horseshoe, Binion s Gambling Hall & Hotel is home to the World Series of Poker, the largest and most prestigious poker tournament in the world. Located on Las Vegas famed Fremont Street, the casino was founded by Vegas legend Benny Binion in 1951. Binion s features nearly 50 gaming tables, including single- and double-deck blackjack, craps, roulette, three-card poker, baccarat and pai gow poker. The hotel has 366 guest rooms and a rooftop pool on the 25th floor that features 360-degree views of Las Vegas. Its dining options include Binion s Ranch Steakhouse, as well as a coffee shop, deli and a snack bar. In 2004, Harrah's Entertainment purchased Binion's Horseshoe and sold it to MTR Gaming Group that same year. Harrah's retained the rights to the Horseshoe brand and the World Series of Poker when it sold the casino, so the name was changed to Binion s Gambling Hall & Hotel.

Binion's was a Casino I frequented when It was called the Hoseshoe. Times have changed. One thing that hasn't is the Million Dollar display. This was a visitor attraction in the downtown area....
