Generally, this bank is understaffed. There is usually only 1-2 tellers and 1-2 other staff to help with further issues. The tellers are friendly. The thing that really bothers me about this...

The branch manager literally REFUSED to change my address. I asked POLITELY. For whatever reason she refused so I had to drive 3 miles away to another Chase Bank who kindly quickly and efficiently...
