Cycle School Motorcycle Safety

Cycle School Motorcycle Safety at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nevada is dedicated to providing military riders and their families with the necessary tools and training for a safe and enjoyable ride. With three different training courses available, including Initial Rider Training, Skills Practice, and Follow-On Training, all certified by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, military personnel and their dependents, as well as DOD civilian employees and contractors, can access these courses for a responsible riding experience.

Offering priority slots to military personnel assigned to Nellis and Creech Air Force Bases, Cycle School Motorcycle Safety also welcomes other eligible individuals on a space available basis. With the requirement of base access and a DoD ID card, veterans can obtain a base access card from the Visitor Control Center prior to attending. Registering for a course is made easy through the online Course Calendar, and participants are encouraged to complete the necessary eCourse and be proactive in contacting the 99 ABW Safety Office for any inquiries or issues.
