Update: Service was very friendly. Prices are great. I would give 5 stars, but my items were not ready when I got there :(

Don't bother going here. Asked for a standard hemming and cleaning and neither was done. Arrived to the wedding in Chicago to find that the jumpsuit was still dirty and only one leg was hemmed...

Terrible service. Constantly losing expensive shirts breaking buttons. Longtime customer spending several hundred dollars per month. Will be taking business elsewhere.

Family owned business. The lady there was extremely nice and attentive. I brought in a wedding dress to be altered and they went above and beyond for me...definitely recommend this place!
