Stop at Hattie Marie's right after landing in Vegas. We are so please with the food. Great fish, brisket and gumbo. And the waiter was superb. Great service!

I generally judge a BBQ place by its Sliced Brisket. Hattie Marie's was just okay, which is why I can only give 3 stars. It was dry. There was no fat cap, and whatever fat there was in the cut...
