I had a good time doing this class! I did the Hot Iso. It was challenging, yet still doable. I felt really good after. I live across town, so I don't think I'll be signing up for a membership...

Very cool hot spot. I love that you get a workout in and a deep detox at the same time in the infrared sauna. The rooms were nice, clean, and intimate. Not big rooms filled with lots of people....
