Mountain Pose Yoga Community Taking care of our bodies and minds has become too often about looking good in spandex or jumping into the latest fitness craze. Yoga is an ancient practice that brings together physical fitness and mental wellbeing--the yoking of the body and mind. If you haven't felt at home in a gym, studio, or fitness routine, you just haven't found the right place. At Mountain Pose Yoga. We believe in fitness and mindfulness for the entire person. We are focused on building a studio that is also a community of practice for students to discover what's important for their individual needs and wellbeing. No matter your age, or fitness level, flexibility, or previous experience, yoga is right for you. Every single person can benefit from a regular yoga practice--yoga is for every body.

Mountain Pose Yoga is the premier yoga studio in Northwest Reno. We offer an array of classes from challenging vinyasa to restorative and Yin with recognized and respected instructors from many different backgrounds and philosophies. We also have a rotating array of special classes and events to bring yoga into the real world where you live, like integrating monthly social events, writing and yoga practice, and classes that combine social experiences with your practice. We also offer competitively priced private classes if you're hesitant to join in a large group. At Mountain Pose Yoga, we think this ancient practice is for every person and body type.
