I've never had this happen in any drive thru ever. We sat in the drive for 58 minutes. Yes. 58 long agonizing minutes. We couldn't back up, we couldn't go forward. We were completely trapped....

Waited in the drive thru for 15 min. If I could have I would have left the line. Food was just ok by the time I got home. Not very hot.
