POLAR BEAR has the best flavors!!! I try these shaved ice trucks as often as possible and this is my new favorite. It is very easily accessible and I get great service from Michael.

Softer than a regular Sno-cone. Not Hawaiian shave ice. No ice cream, condensed milk, beans, or powder here. Not bad though. It's hot out, this can help beat the heat. 3 stars because it's not...
