Studio on the 3rd floor, $995 includes DirecTV and wifi. Rent anywhere in Reno is just not cheap, especially for fixed incomes!!! The studio has new flooring, fresh paint, plenty of kitchen...

I wouldn't walk in the buildings without having proper protection. Piss, shit, and drugs all through stairwells. They don't have locks so anyone can come camp inside. Trash a the smell of homeless...
