When I placed my order, Dayanara Ramos at the cashier entered it incorrectly. When I pointed out the mistake politely, she responded rudely and insisted that I hadn't said 'plain.'

Food was not freshly made to order. Ordered rolled tacos and taco salad. It was cold. The taste was terrible.
