These people are racist!! They tried fixing my flat screen, then said the company was too much of a hassle to get parts from, after they ordered the wrong part! Sounds like there mistake. Then...

Gene is great! He clearly loves old audio and video equipment and is very knowledgeable. He is very straightforward too--a lot of newer audio and TV's are not built to last and can't be fixed....

The 50 inch TV they repaired is still working well! My original review in 2012 was written 2 years after the 2010 repair. So I've gotten nearly 5 years more TV use for just $300.

The technician name Gene has an awesome job in my Sony DLP 50" TV. Works like brand new and enjoying the TV.
