The most horrid maintenance ever. You're walking into a dirty unit that hasn't been taken care of properly for 25 years at least! Infestation, laundry machines that don't work.... Enough to run...

PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE. JUST SPARE YOURSELF. upon moving out I was charged over $800 for leaving an apartment in better condition than I received it (perfectly clean). They are genuine scam...

They have not restored my hot water a full week after shutting it off. I am genuinely just considering suing at this point in small claims court. Do not move here.
