The nursing station made sure I had everything I needed and 90% of the tech staff had their stuff together. One hypocritical staff member is what keeps them from getting a perfect score from me.

Very inadequate facility, with subpar staffing, and nearly zero control of the patients. According to State of NV Secretary of State; business license has been revoked since 2016.
