Established in 2006. When Z Bistro was created by Chef Gilles and his wife Tina, it was their ideal neighborhood restaurant. They dreamed of a place that served unique food, where the service was friendly and the ambiance cozy. With Chef Brandon recently taking over Z Bistro from Chef Gilles and Tina, he has committed to maintaining the original spirit and fine dining aspects of Z Bistro. As always great food and service at Z Bistro. It's small, so make sure to make a reservation the menu changes monthly. Quaint authentic casual French dining.
