They don't do cats apparently. Called and asked if they could get some mats out of my cat and all I got was a "no". Great customer service. Not.

We now have 4 dogs and bring them ALL to Janie! She is awesome and I really trust her with my fur children! She always does an excellent job and somehow manages to have all 4 dogs behave for her! !
