Try Ashanti's if you want a great haircut by friendly staff. I've been getting a men's cut here for several years. I can highly recommend Sonia too!

Can't talk to their haircuts, however, stay away from them for nails! The ladies are very sweet, genuine people, but my manicure came out sloppy and smudgy (Shellac no less), took a few attempts...
