As an allergy and clinical immunology physician, my goal is to provide tailored care and treatment for each patient I meet. Having allergies can sometimes be scary — but figuring out what you’re allergic to doesn’t have to be. Our dedicated team works to provide each patient and family with care designed to fit their individual needs. I believe that being part of a team is key when working to diagnose and treat allergies. I invite patients to be partners in their own care by combining shared decision making with state of the art approaches to promote health and wellness. Looking to the future and bringing new discoveries to patients is what I find rewarding about my work. There are many safe and effective treatments for allergies and new ones on the horizon. Together we can figure out what works best for you and your family.

I love caring for both children and adults. The fields of allergy and immunology allow me to work with patients of all ages. As an allergist, I enjoy helping patients who have common allergic diseases. Working in immunology lets me help patients with sometimes rare and complex diseases. Both specialties are advancing rapidly and I continually aim to incorporate evidence-based care to support my patients' health. I take time to make sure my patients understand the causes of their symptoms and how to treat them safely and practically. When appropriate, I include their family members and caregivers in these discussions. As an outpatient physician, I know that care extends beyond the clinic. I help my patients' caregivers understand the care plan so they can support my patients when they are at home.

I became a physician assistant in cardiology to make a positive impact on the lives of others. I want to be comprehensive and thorough while also being compassionate and kind. I'm a good listener and give my patients detailed explanations. A rewarding aspect of my career is seeing the positive impact I can make on my patients’ lives. That motivates me to continue learning and providing quality care.
