Hotel charges $56 for refund insurance, you can only cancel if you have an accident etc and even then are charged for one night no matter how early you cancel

Visited in beginning of June. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Ocean view from the balcony was worth the small extra charge. Reasonable rates midweek at this time of year. Would stay here...

The place is ok. It's not modernized other than the flat screen tv on the dresser. You will need to bring your own soap and shampoo for handwashing and showering. Clean white towels were provided.
