Southeastern New Hampshire Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services is a private, nonprofit agency that provides detoxification, addiction treatment, evaluation, intervention, counseling, educational and prevention solutions. The agency helps people recover from the illnesses of alcohol and drug addiction. It also manages an addiction recovery center that offers intensive group therapy, stress management and after-care planning solutions. Southeastern New Hampshire Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services administers a turning point program that features group and individual counseling options. In addition, the agency serves individuals in Dover, Rochester and Exeter in New Hampshire. It provides student and employee assistance programs. Southeastern New Hampshire Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services manages the Southeastern New Hampshire Alcohol and Drug Foundation.

Insights Group is an outpatient group therapy practice located in the NH Seacoast. Insights Group is made up of a talented team of nine clinicians, each with their own areas of clinical expertise such as eating disorders, OCD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance abuse, trauma, perinatal mental health, relationship issues, LGBTQ individuals and more. Our therapists used evidence-based treatments to bring you changes that will last a lifetime. We offer in person and telehealth appointments.

I am a creative arts therapist and practitioner, focusing on the use of the arts in healing and transformation. My visual arts practice is housed in my therapy studio, so I have a dual practice as a working artist and creative arts therapist. I am not currently accepting new counseling clients, but I am offering creative arts consultations.
