The staff is incredibly rude. I would not recommend staying here. Rooms were clean but the staff at the front desk were extremely unwelcoming and rude.

I can't speak for the hotel itself, but I can speak to their willingness to assist a Lifetime Titanium Elite Member. I was inadvertently booked at both this location and the downtown Portsmouth...
