Horrible. Surprise billing one month after my visit. I confirmed the price before the visit. The billing people on the phone spoke in circles. Absolutely ridiculous behavior. Go anywhere else.

My husband got his glasses there after I raved how great this place was. The lenses do not fit the frame and we did not find out until we went another vision place, and they showed us the problem....

Had a very disappointing experience with their office in Derry. I had a skin tag close to my eye removed by Dr. Slentz that my dermatologist wouldn't touch, which wasn't covered by insurance, so...

My husbands appt was at 10:00. Here we are noontime - still waiting- i go to vision works ! So much better.. This is silly.
