The Grazing Room is one of three gold-level certified local restaurants in the state, operated within the Colby Hill Inn on a historic property with five acres. We update our menu weekly to provide as much as possible from farmers and food producers within 30 miles of the inn. At the same time, Chef Barnes takes delight in introducing his breadth of expertise in cuisines from across the globe.
