United has a entirely different definition for first class. The plane is dirty and it is falling apart. And of course they are never on time.

Wow... Boarded plane two hours ago... Pilot last update an hour ago claimed 10 min to de-ice. What a crock. Dead silence.... How incompetent do you have to be to de ice the plane?

I would recommend never using this airline. We flew from Boston to Florida and each part of the flight was either canceled or delayed (not due to weather) we sat on the runway for over an hour...
