White Mountain Karate, located in Holderness, New Hampshire, is a family-owned martial arts school dedicated to fostering a supportive and positive training environment. With programs tailored for all ages, from Little Warriors aged four to adults, the school emphasizes both physical fitness and character development through the practice of Uechi-Ryu Karate. Since its establishment in 2010, White Mountain Karate has grown to nearly 200 students, cultivating self-defense skills alongside values such as confidence, courtesy, and integrity.
