YMCA Pleasant Valley Overnight Camp For Girls

Pleasant Valley Camp was founded in 1969 and offers residential camping services to girls 8 to 15 years of age. The camp is a branch of the YMCA of Greater Boston Camping Services and is located on more than 200 wooded acres of land in Mirror Lake, N.H. The campers are grouped into various villages according to their ages, including junior, middle and senior groups. The camp provides a variety of services, including canoeing, horseback riding, swimming, overnight island trips, kayaking, windsurfing, boat sailing, and riflery and archery. It also provides athletic fields and courts for various sports program, such as soccer, field hockey, softball and tennis. The camp has an arts and crafts center with a ceramics studio and program hall with a photography dark room, stage and camp store. Additionally, it provides separate dining halls, a multipurpose activity room, woodworking shop, infirmary, camper cabins, shower houses and individual showers.
