The organization offers long-term residential and outpatient programs for the treatment of substance abuse. It also coordinates initiatives for prerelease inmates. Integrity is committed to helping individuals change their lives. The orgainziation primarily serves underpriveleged individuals and people under the custody of the criminal justice system in the counties of Essex, Hudson and Union, N.J. It has the ability to actively treat 550 individuals and support hundreds more through outreach efforts, mentorship and alumni activities. Integrity has locations in Newark and Secaucus, N.J.
