I have been a LMT since 2011. I have worked for Massage Envy and Hunterdon Hospital up until 2016. I wanted to focus on my own practice and have more availability to my clients.

I use different modalities to customize your massage session to what your body needs. I am about healing the body through listening to what your muscle needs. I am certified in Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Cupping. You can also enhance your Massage by adding Aromatherapy to your session. I use 100% Medical grade oils from Doterra. The session is all about your needs at that time because they can change with life changes.
