By far the worst customer service experience. Management doesn't care, at all, about the customer. I bought an AUDI Q7 about 60 days ago. They only gave me 1 key, still haven't received my license...

Imagine locking in a deal, sending insurance info as well as trade in info, booking an appointment to pick up the car only to be told 3 hours before the appointment that they sold it to someone...

Sales and finance staff are completely out of touch with clients. If you're reading this and you get it... then you get it. Even if you're not a high NW client, stay away from this snake den.
