The woman i spoke to, I assume in some type of managerial position was not very personable. Tried two other locations of Bank of America and both were very helpful. Would not recommend this...

This bank is so ridiculous, once you pass seven photocopy pieces of paper on your way in, that there's other ones taped all over the inside of the bank. None of their customers are wearing masks...
